In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the company confirmed that the CMF Phone 1 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G SoC. The Dimensity 7300 chipset is based on TSMC’s 4nm Gen 2 process technology and features four high-performance cores with a peak clock speed of 2.5GHz.
