Adani Green Energy zooms on entering into agreements with SBGCL, Bharti Global

Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 1240.80, up by 41.85 points or 3.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 1198.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1250.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1258.85 and Rs. 1217.90 respectively. So far 197643 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1341.60 on 24-Mar-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 227.30 on 20-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1258.85 and Rs. 1040.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 193022.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.77% and 22.18% respectively.

Adani Green Energy has entered into Share Purchase agreements with Softbank Group Capital (SBGCL) to acquire 80% shares of SB Energy Holdings (SBEHL) and company has also entered into agreements with Bharti Global to acquire balance 20% of the issued share capital of SBEHL.

Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
