Udaipur : A tragic accident on the Gogunda-Pindwara Highway passing through Udaipur resulted in the death of five people. The incident occurred at 12:30 PM at Malwa intersection in the Gogunda police station area.
According to reports, the brakes of a trailer failed, causing it to collide with a dumper in front of it. As a result, the dumper went out of control, hit the divider, and overturned onto people walking on the divider. The accident claimed the lives of five individuals, including the dumper’s driver.
The police are working to identify the deceased. Upon receiving the information about the accident, a team from the Bekariya police station arrived at the scene. The bodies have been sent to the mortuary at Bekariya hospital, and one injured person has been referred to Udaipur for treatment.
