However, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning for heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and hailstorms in most parts of the state over the next two days. On the night of March 19, Patna and several other districts experienced rain with thunder, making the weather cooler. Weather changes are expected to continue over the next two days. The forecast suggests heavy rain and hailstorms on March 21 and 22.
District-Wise Weather Alerts
According to the weather department, on March 21, districts like Rohtas, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, Jamui, and Banka may experience rain accompanied by lightning and hailstorms. Additionally, strong winds at speeds of 30-40 km/h are expected in these regions. On March 22, similar weather conditions are expected in districts like Arwal, Jehanabad, Aurangabad, Gaya, Bhabua, and Rohtas, with a red alert issued for these areas.
Weather Changes in Patna and Other Districts
The weather in Patna, Samastipur, Vaishali, Nalanda, Begusarai, and Khagaria will continue to remain unpredictable with cloud cover and light rainfall starting from March 20. These regions may also experience thunder and rain over the next two days.
Further Warnings for Other Districts
The weather department has also warned of thunderstorms and hail in districts such as Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Saharsa, Madhepura, Purnia, Katihar, Bhagalpur, Banka, Munger, Khagaria, and Sheikhpura on March 21 and 22. Weather conditions are expected to improve after March 23, with maximum temperatures between 30°C and 34°C and minimum temperatures between 18°C and 24°C.
