Udaipur Chamber Holds Candlelight Tribute for Victims of Ahmedabad Air India Plane Tragedy

Udaipur, June 13 – The Udaipur Division of the Chamber of Commerce organized a solemn candlelight tribute at Surajpole on Friday evening to honor the victims of the recent Air India Boeing aircraft tragedy in Ahmedabad. The moving event witnessed emotional participation from local traders, dignitaries, and officials of the Chamber, who gathered to pay homage and stand in solidarity with the bereaved families.

Emotional Tribute Amid Prayers and Silence

According to Chamber Executive President Himmat Singh Badala and General Secretary Rajmal Jain, the tribute was a heartfelt gesture to offer condolences to those who lost their lives in the unfortunate air accident. Under the leadership of Chamber President Paras Singhvi, all participants observed a two-minute silence, praying for the peace of the departed souls.

Members of the local business community lit candles and stood in quiet reflection, creating an atmosphere of deep respect and mourning. The candlelight ceremony at Surajpole served not only as a tribute but also as a symbol of unity and compassion from the Udaipur business fraternity.

Community Leaders Come Together

Chamber’s Public Relations Minister Rakesh Jain informed that the event was organized specifically to bid a dignified farewell to the souls lost in the tragedy. Many prominent figures and senior members of the Chamber participated in the event, including Chief Advisor Ganesh Dagaliya, Senior Patron Shabbir K. Mustafa, and Patron Ambalal Bohra.
