Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro leak points to similar design elements to the AirPods Pro

According to the leaked information, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro may feature a base that has a similar design to Apple’s AirPods Pro. According to reports, the TWS headphones will be unveiled alongside the Galaxy Buds 3 at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event, which is expected to take place in July.

The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are also speculated to support a range of artificial intelligence (AI) features in line with Samsung’s Galaxy AI vision. This new design change is claimed to bring benefits in terms of call quality.

According to veteran tipster Evan Blass, the new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro could feature big design changes. It may have an internal stem. It’s a design element that Samsung has already removed from its flagship TWS headphones.

A pixelated image shared by a tipster shows a shorter stem similar to the AirPods Pro and a more compact top of the headphones. Although details are unclear, there is also said to be a mesh on the back of the headphones that could help balance pressure in the ear.

This is particularly useful when Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is enabled. Based on the leaked images, speculation continues about an in-ear design with silicone eartips.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is scheduled to come onto the market in July as the successor to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, which was released in 2022. According to a report from Android Headlines, both the Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro will feature high-quality audio. 24bit/96kHz.

Both TWS headphones are IP57 protected against dust and water ingress and support Bluetooth 5.4. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro’s battery life is estimated at 7 hours with ANC turned on, while the standard version can provide up to 6 hours of playback on a single charge.
