Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani Offers Prayers at Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara

Nathdwara (Udaipur), May 22 – Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani visited the revered Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara on Thursday afternoon, where he participated in the ‘Utthapan’ Darshan of Shrinathji, a highly auspicious and traditional religious ceremony in the Vaishnav sect.

Ambani was given a ceremonial welcome in accordance with temple customs upon his arrival at the temple premises, which is known as the principal seat of Shrinathji. The temple authorities, including Shri Vishal Bawa, greeted him with traditional honors at the Moti Mahal. As part of the rituals, a ‘fenta’ (traditional headband) was tied, and a ceremonial quilt and upper cloth (uparna) were offered to him along with holy prasad.

During his visit, Akash Ambani also took the blessings of Shri Vishal Bawa and enquired about the Yamuna Dashami Seva Pranali, a special ritual service held at the temple. After the darshan and ceremonial proceedings, he departed for Udaipur.

Several key temple officials, including Shri Sudhakar Shastri (Administrator), Anil Sanadhya (Assistant Officer), and Liladhar Purohit (Secretary), were present during the visit and oversaw the arrangements.

The visit by the Reliance Jio Chairman reflects the continued spiritual connections maintained by prominent business leaders with India’s cultural and religious heritage.
