Ravindra Energy gains on getting nod to incorporate Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

The scrip opened at Rs. 50.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 50.10 and Rs. 48.00 respectively. So far 143 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘X’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 78.00 on 07-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.25 on 27-Apr-2021.

Ravindra Energy has received approval for the incorporation of four Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries in the form of Company / LLP, for setting up of renewable energy parks having an aggregate capacity of upto 200 MW in the state of Karnataka and Maharashtra.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 22, 2022 has considered and approved the same.
