Udaipur : Rajasthan’s Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, has announced plans to create a special tourist circuit dedicated to the life and legacy of Maharana Pratap. This decision comes after a budget announcement that included a proposal to develop a tourist route connecting all the places associated with the great warrior.

Kumari stated that the circuit will help people learn more about the glorious history of Maharana Pratap and the state of Rajasthan. The government is also planning to send a special proposal to the central government to seek additional funds for this project.
The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized the need to provide world-class facilities at all the sites associated with Maharana Pratap to attract more tourists. She expressed her happiness at the growing interest among the youth in Indian history and culture, thanks to the new National Education Policy.
Onkar Singh Lakhawat, Chairman of the Heritage Promotion Authority, gave a detailed presentation on the proposed tourist circuit. He highlighted the importance of this project in immortalizing the memory of Maharana Pratap.
