Srinagar, March 9 : A panchayat member was critically wounded in a militant attack on Srinagar outskirts on Wednesday evening, official sources said. They said sarpanch Sameer Ahmad Bhat was shot at in Khonmoh area by gunmen. “He was critically injured and shifted to hospital, where his condition is stated to be critical,” they said.
