Her modeling journey began at the age of 16. She appeared in Pakistani fashion shows and gained global attention after participating in America’s Next Top Model in 2004. Her success led her to work with top Indian brands, including the Kingfisher Calendar, where she became a recognized face.
Nargis entered Bollywood with Rockstar (2011), which turned out to be a major success and established her in the film industry. She went on to appear in popular films such as Madras Cafe, Main Tera Hero, Azhar, and Amavas. In 2015, she made her Hollywood debut with Spy, and later appeared in South Indian films like Rashna: The Ray of Light and Sahasam.
After several years of back-to-back projects, Nargis decided to take a break from films, citing stress and a desire to spend time with family and friends. She shared that she wanted to focus on her happiness and mental well-being.
