MSTC edges higher on inking MoU with Official Liquidator in Allahabad

MSTC is currently trading at Rs. 159.85, up by 0.40 points or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 159.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 163.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 166.50 and Rs. 157.45 respectively. So far 21201 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 184.10 on 13-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 70.40 on 14-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 184.10 and Rs. 140.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1122.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.31% and 19.94% respectively.

MSTC has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Official Liquidator, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad for Auction of Movable/immovable properties (Under Liquidation) through the company’s Auction Website. The MoU shall be valid for 6 months from the date of its execution.

MSTC is a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.
