Major IT Raids in Jaipur and Kota on Real Estate and Pan Masala Companies
Jaipur, 02 September (Kiran News): The Income Tax Department launched a major operation in Rajasthan on Tuesday morning, conducting simultaneous raids on several locations linked to real estate and pan masala businesses in Jaipur and Kota. The action began at around 6:30 a.m. and is expected to continue until late in the evening.

According to sources, the Income Tax Department targeted eight premises of the High Fly Real Estate Group, four locations connected to Siddheshwar Gums (associated with Signature Pan Masala), and six sites belonging to Gokul Kripa Group and BRB Developers. The main reason for the raids is alleged irregularities and cash transactions in property buying and selling. These companies had long been under suspicion for using black money and evading taxes.
Reports suggest that these companies have been accused of purchasing large numbers of properties and later selling them in the black market. It is alleged that they would buy land and properties in nearby areas, set their own prices, and thereby push up market rates.
Income Tax officials are examining documents related to property transactions from these companies. Department sources say that several crucial documents and evidence of financial transactions are expected to be found during the raids, and significant revelations may come to light by the evening.
