Mumbai, 3 September (Kiran News): Shares of ITCONS E-Solutions climbed on Tuesday after the company was awarded a new contract worth Rs 9.81 crore by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. The stock was trading at Rs. 495.00 on the BSE, up by 1.24% from its previous close.

The scrip opened at Rs. 485.00 and touched a high and low of Rs. 495.00 and Rs. 485.00, respectively. Over the last 52 weeks, the stock has recorded a high of Rs. 767.00 (25 September 2024) and a low of Rs. 415.15 (19 February 2025). The company’s current market capitalisation is Rs. 295.16 crore.
Promoters hold 58.22% of the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 0.36% and 41.41% respectively.
ITCONS E-Solutions has secured the contract for deploying 134 skilled and semi-skilled resources for the Ministry of Textiles over a period of two years, with the contract running from September 8, 2025, to September 7, 2027. The contract can be further extended by mutual agreement.
