Mumbai, 3 September (Kiran News): Shares of ACME Solar Holdings gained nearly 3% on Tuesday after the company received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Tata Power for a 50 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project. The stock was trading at Rs. 295.50 on the BSE, up by Rs. 8.50 from its previous close.

The scrip opened at Rs. 284.25 and touched a high of Rs. 303.60 and a low of Rs. 284.25 during the session. Over the past year, ACME Solar Holdings has seen a high of Rs. 309.95 (25 August 2025) and a low of Rs. 167.55 (28 January 2025). The current market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs. 17,971.11 crore.
Promoters hold 83.41% of the company, with institutional and non-institutional investors holding 12.37% and 4.22% respectively.
The 50 MW FDRE project was awarded under Tata Power’s 250 MW tender based on tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB). ACME Solar secured the project at a tariff of Rs. 4.43 per unit. The project will combine solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) to ensure a minimum annual capacity utilisation factor (CUF) of 40% and four hours of peak-hour supply with 90% monthly availability. The project will be commissioned within 24 months from the signing of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and will have a 25-year PPA tenor.
