Mumbai, September 22 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Insolation Energy Ltd gained on the BSE after its subsidiary incorporated a new wholly owned unit for solar power projects. The stock was trading at ₹203.00, up ₹6.20 or 3.15% from its previous close of ₹196.80.

The scrip opened at ₹197.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹203.70 and a low of ₹196.00. A total of 57,000 shares were traded during the session. On a weekly basis, the stock has traded between ₹204.05 and ₹189.95. Insolation Energy’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹4,383.72 crore.
The company informed that its wholly owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy has incorporated a new arm, VJPG Green Infra Pvt Ltd, on September 20, 2025. The entity has been set up as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to establish and manage solar power plants.
VJPG Green Infra will engage in solar power plant development, erection, installation, operation, and maintenance, along with consultancy for renewable energy projects. It will also handle design, supply, testing, and commissioning, including comprehensive O&M of rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic projects.
