Mumbai, December 3 (Udaipur Kiran): Hindustan Copper was trading at Rs. 339.65 on the BSE, up by 1.15 points or 0.34 per cent from its previous close of Rs. 338.50.

The stock opened at Rs. 342.80 and touched a high of Rs. 342.80 and a low of Rs. 336.70 during the session. So far, 24,639 shares have been traded on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 5, has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 365.50 on October 9, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs. 183.90 on April 7, 2025. Over the past one week, the stock has traded between Rs. 321.90 and Rs. 343.85. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 32,733.76 crore.
Promoters hold 66.14 per cent stake in the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 11.07 per cent and 22.79 per cent respectively.
Hindustan Copper has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with NTPC Mining (NML) on December 2, 2025, to jointly participate in auctions of copper and critical mineral blocks. The MoU also covers joint development and operation of mining blocks for exploration, mining and mineral processing. The partnership will explore joint investments in existing assets as well as collaboration on current and future domestic and overseas copper and critical mineral projects.
Hindustan Copper’s core business includes mining of copper ore, beneficiation into copper concentrate, and downstream smelting, refining and extrusion into saleable copper products.
