Mumbai, January 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Highway Infrastructure moved higher on Tuesday after the company announced the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹32 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The stock was trading at ₹60.99, up ₹2.33 or 3.97% from its previous close of ₹58.66 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. It opened at ₹62.63 and touched an intraday high of ₹63.22 and a low of ₹59.85. A total of 31,443 shares were traded during the session.
The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹5, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹134.89 on August 14, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹55.61 on December 30, 2025. Over the past week, the scrip has traded in the range of ₹56.77 to ₹63.22. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹435.77 crore.
Promoters hold a 70.04% stake in the company, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors own 2.01% and 27.95% respectively.
According to the company, the LoA was received on January 5, 2026, for engagement as a user fee agency at the Jawar Fee Plaza at km 37.100 on the Mathura–Devinagar Bypass, from design kilometre 0.000 to 66.000 of National Highway No. 530B in Uttar Pradesh. The scope of work also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks along with replenishment of consumable items. The contract is to be executed within a period of one year.
