Government Jobs: UPPSC Announces Recruitment for 7,466 TGT Posts; B.Ed Degree Holders Eligible, Salary Over ₹1 Lakh

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released a recruitment notification for 7,466 vacancies of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT). The online application process began on July 28, and interested candidates can apply through the official website uppsc.up.nic.in. The last date to submit applications is August 28, 2025.

Candidates will also have the opportunity to make corrections or modifications in their application forms until September 4, 2025.

  • Male candidates: 4,860 posts

  • Female candidates: 2,525 posts

  • Backlog vacancies: 81 posts

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a graduation degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates should possess a B.Ed. degree and a valid UP Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) certificate.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category applicants as per the rules of the Uttar Pradesh government.

Salary Structure

Selected TGT candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400.

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹125

  • SC / ST: ₹65

  • Divyang (PwD): ₹25

The application fee can be paid via debit card, credit card, internet banking, or mobile wallet.
