Gateway Distriparks rises on getting nod to sell stake in WOS

Gateway Distriparks is currently trading at Rs. 83.50, up by 0.35 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 83.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 81.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 83.95 and Rs. 81.15 respectively. So far 307714 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 171.15 on 16-Nov-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 81.15 on 15-Nov-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 90.00 and Rs. 81.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 906.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 57.64% and 12.35% respectively.

Gateway Distriparks (GDL) has received approval from its board to sell its entire shareholding held in wholly owned subsidiary company (WOS) – Chandra CFS and Terminal Operators to Team Global Logistics. The board also approved the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for sale of shares in Chandra CFS.
