These habits, known as ‘7B’, have proven to be very effective in overcoming depression, improving mental health, and leading a happier life. They are easy to incorporate into daily routines, allowing anyone to feel better.

These 7B habits are small but can significantly improve the symptoms of depression when practiced regularly. Mental health is as important as physical health. If depression is severe, seeking help from a doctor or counselor is advisable.

1. Build a Daily Routine: Waking up, eating, working, and sleeping at regular times creates a structured routine. This brings stability to life and reduces symptoms of depression.
2. Breathe in Fresh Air: Take walks outside every morning and evening. Fresh air and natural light improve mood and increase endorphins, the happiness hormone.
3. Balance Diet with Healthy Options: Consume nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food and excessive sugar, as they can affect mood.
4. Be Creative: Engage in painting, writing, music, gardening, or any new hobby. Creativity keeps the mind occupied and reduces negative thoughts.
