Dell Technologies has launched a new range of AI-powered consumer and gaming laptops in India, powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors. The portfolio includes XPS 14 (9440), XPS 16 (9640), Alienware m16 R2 and Inspiron 14 Plus (7440).

The new XPS laptops have built-in AI features and are available in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes. The Alienware m16 R2 puts performance, flexibility and portability at the forefront, with a new Stealth mode for personalized gameplay. The Inspiron 14 Plus delivers reliable performance with built-in AI features and military-grade testing for increased reliability.

Dell’s most powerful XPS notebook, the XPS 16, offers up to 45 percent more performance than its predecessor. Meanwhile, the XPS 14 offers additional performance for faster rendering, video editing and content creation with AI-powered apps.
Both devices feature artificial intelligence features that will transform the way users interact with their devices, including the Copilot AI assistant and dedicated Copilot buttons to simplify workflow.
The Alienware m16 R2 has been redesigned based on community feedback with a 15% smaller footprint, improved airflow, and a new Stealth Mode feature for stealthy gaming in various environments. It features an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards, and a 16:10 240Hz QHD+ display.
The Inspiron 14 Plus features a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 2.2K resolution display, and AI-enabled features like auto-framing and eye contact to enhance video chats. It has passed 15 MIL-STD-810H tests and is military certified for its durability.
The new Dell collection also focuses on sustainability through the use of recycled materials, plastic-free logo engravings and energy-efficient designs. The XPS devices are EPEAT Gold registered and have received the EPEAT Climate+ designation, while the Inspiron 14 Plus carries EPEAT Silver.
XPS 16 (9640) starts at Rs 299,990, XPS 14 (9440) at Rs 199,990, Alienware m16 R2 at Rs 149,999 and Inspiron 14 Plus (7440) at Rs 105. The new XPS devices will be available in various retail channels starting April 25, 2024 and the Alienware m16 R2 starting April 9, 2024. The Inspiron 14 Plus is available now.
