Cosmic CRF Gains After Securing Orders Worth ₹5.83 Crore

Mumbai, November 5 (Udaipur Kiran) — Shares of Cosmic CRF were trading higher on Tuesday after the company announced that it has bagged multiple orders worth around ₹5.83 crore (including GST) from two railway wagon manufacturing companies.

The stock is currently trading at ₹1,135.00, up by ₹7.90 or 0.70% from its previous close of ₹1,127.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹1,137.75 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,138.00 and a low of ₹1,125.05, with about 3,800 shares traded so far.

The BSE Group ‘M’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has a 52-week high of ₹1,960.00 (recorded on January 21, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹1,100.00 (on September 30, 2025). The company’s current market capitalization stands at ₹1,033.66 crore.

Promoters hold 54.76% stake in the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors own 10.61% and 34.63%, respectively.

According to the company, Cosmic CRF has received:

  • First order worth ₹3.04 crore (including GST) for 122 Side Top Copings, 122 Sole Bars, and other parts for 61 BOXNHL wagons, to be executed within three months.

  • Second order worth ₹91.48 lakh (including GST) for 60 Side Top Copings, 30 Centre Sills, and other components for 30 BOXNS wagons, to be completed within five months.

  • Third order worth ₹1.25 crore (including GST) for 248 End C/Sills (Hat Section), 248 Solebars, and other CRF sections for 124 BCFCM1 wagons, with a three-month delivery timeline.

  • Fourth order worth ₹62.55 lakh (including GST) for 124 End C/Sills, 124 Solebars, and other CRF sections for 62 BCFCM1 wagons, to be executed within two months.

Cosmic CRF Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of railway components, sheet piles, and structural products through its Cold Rolled Forming (CRF) Unit, catering to the railway and infrastructure sectors.
