The scrip opened at Rs. 415.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 417.50 and Rs. 409.60 respectively. So far 267469 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 461.20 on 29-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 349.20 on 17-Feb-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 434.85 and Rs. 409.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 254613.12 crore.

Coal India has reported 49.49% drop in its net profit at Rs 4,872.17 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26) as compared to net profit of Rs 9,646.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 46.87% at Rs 5,293.77 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 9,963.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 15.85% fall in its net profit at Rs 7,157.45 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8,505.57 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 4.32% at Rs 37,315.83 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 39,001.82 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
