Udaipur, March 10: The Chief Secretary of Rajasthan, Sudhansh Pant, emphasized that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the state government is committed to transparent and accountable governance. He urged all officers to work with a citizen-first approach, ensuring the government’s objectives align with comprehensive public welfare and the vision of a developed Rajasthan.
Pant was addressing a divisional review meeting at the District Council Auditorium in Udaipur, where he assessed the progress of government schemes, law enforcement, and administrative effectiveness. The meeting was attended by collectors, SPs, and divisional officers from Udaipur, Rajsamand, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Dungarpur, and Salumber. Upon arrival, he was welcomed by Divisional Commissioner Pragya Kevalramani, IG Rajesh Meena, and District Collector Namit Mehta.

E-Filing Disposal Review
To enhance administrative efficiency, Pant initiated a new parameter – e-filing disposal progress and average time taken. He encouraged healthy competition among officers, ensuring serious implementation of digital governance.

Women’s safety remains a top government priority. The Chief Secretary reviewed cases of crimes against women and expressed satisfaction over a 16.21% reduction in such cases in the Udaipur range.
He issued clear directives:

✔ Strict action against any officer neglecting women’s safety cases.
Efforts to Reduce Road Accidents
Pant analyzed road accident statistics and fatalities across the division. He instructed:

Progress in Agriculture & Rural Development
Udaipur Leads in Digital Crop Survey
- Udaipur Division achieved 93.90% completion in Digital Crop Survey.
- Udaipur district achieved 100% completion, for which the Chief Secretary commended the team.
- Farmer Registry Camp’s progress was also reviewed, with an emphasis on achieving 100% digital IDs for farmers.
Essential Services During Summer
With rising temperatures, officials were directed to ensure uninterrupted power, water supply, and healthcare services.
✔ No mismanagement should cause water shortages.
✔ Hospitals must be fully prepared for seasonal health concerns.
Healthcare & Social Welfare Initiatives
Boosting Ayushman Card & TB-Free Campaign
- District collectors to monitor and accelerate Ayushman Card distribution.
- Ensure full implementation of the TB-Free India campaign.
Revenue & Land Dispute Resolutions
The Chief Secretary conducted a district-wise review of key revenue-related matters, including:
✔ Land conversion and name transfer cases.
✔ Government land disputes and judicial cases.

Pant reviewed the progress of MoUs signed under the Rising Rajasthan initiative:
✔ Significant progress has been achieved in three months.
✔ Priority must be given to executing investment agreements to generate employment.
✔ Land allocation proposals should be processed after thorough examination.
Exhibition Visit & Recognition of Local Talent
Upon arrival at 11:25 AM, the Chief Secretary was given a Guard of Honor. He also:
✔ Visited an exhibition showcasing government projects and social initiatives.
✔ Encouraged women self-help groups under the ‘Lakhpati Didi’ program.
✔ Interacted with and motivated young swimmer Vidhi Sanadhya.
