Bharat Forge inches up on completing acquisition of 30% stake in FEPL

Mumbai, May 11 (Udaipur Kiran): Bharat Forge is currently trading at Rs. 1994.85, up by 6.40 points or 0.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 1988.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2003.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2003.00 and Rs. 1955.50 respectively. So far 7520 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2043.90 on 08-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1100.50 on 29-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2043.90 and Rs. 1724.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 95330.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.91% and 9.01% respectively.

Bharat Forge has completed acquisition of 27,08,754 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 478.45 each (30% on fully diluted basis) subject to final adjustments in Fortuna Engineering (FEPL) in First Tranche investment (Tranche I). Consequent to the above, FEPL has now become the Associate Company of Bharat Forge.

Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
