Bartronics India rises on inking MoU with Raphael Global Tech

Mumbai, February 11 (Udaipur Kiran): Bartronics India is currently trading at Rs. 12.13, up by 0.05 points or 0.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.08 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 12.39 and Rs. 11.71 respectively. So far 151735 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 19.00 on 24-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.25 on 03-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 16.70 and Rs. 11.71 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 360.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.37%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.90% and 28.74% respectively.

Bartronics India has entered into the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raphael Global Tech (Raphel) for collaboration in agriculture, agroforestry, mangroves, climate action initiatives, carbon projects, and other allied agriculture-related initiatives.

The collaboration aims to leverage Bartronics India’s rural network and digital infrastructure along with Raphael Global Tech’s expertise in drone technology, geospatial intelligence, data analytics, and carbon measurement solutions for grass-roots level project development and implementation.

Bartronics India is a provider of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions. Incorporated in 1990, the company is engaged in providing solutions in bar coding, AIDC technologies, RFID, POS and smart cards.
