At the BCA Stadium on Thursday, RCB captain Smriti Mandhana won the toss and invited Uttar Pradesh Warriors to bat first. The Warriors posted 143 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
The opening partnership between captain Meg Lanning and Deepti Sharma provided a brilliant start, adding 74 runs in 8.1 overs. Lanning scored 41 runs off 30 balls, including one six and six fours, before getting out.
