Vivo X300 Series Debuts Globally With 200MP Zeiss Camera and 3nm Dimensity 9500 Chip

New Delhi, October 31 (Udaipur Kiran): Vivo has officially launched its X300 Series globally, comprising the Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300 smartphones. The flagship duo made their debut in Europe, two weeks after being introduced in China. Both devices are expected to arrive in India by early December.

Powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, the X300 series brings top-end performance, advanced imaging, and premium build quality. Each model features a 50-megapixel front camera and a triple rear camera setup, headlined by a 200-megapixel Zeiss periscope lens on the Pro variant.

Vivo X300 Series: Price and Availability

The Vivo X300 Pro is priced at EUR 1,399 (around ₹1,43,000) for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 starts at EUR 1,049 (approximately ₹1,08,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version, with the top 16GB + 512GB variant costing EUR 1,099 (around ₹1,13,000).

Sales in Europe will begin from November 3 via Vivo’s official online store. The X300 Pro will be available in Dune Brown and Phantom Black, while the standard X300 will come in Halo Pink and Phantom Black colours.

Vivo X300 Pro: Specifications and Features

The Vivo X300 Pro runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and sports a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED Q10+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, HDR, and 1.07 billion colour support.

It houses the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with a Mali G1-Ultra GPU, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The smartphone also includes Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip for enhanced photography.

For optics, the Pro model features a 50MP (f/1.57) primary sensor, a 50MP (f/2.0) ultrawide lens, and a 200MP (f/2.67) periscope telephoto camera offering up to 100x digital zoom. The 50MP (f/2.0) front camera is housed within a punch-hole cutout.

It packs a 5,440mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Additional highlights include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual speakers, Action Button, and IP68 water and dust resistance.

Vivo X300: Specifications and Features

The standard Vivo X300 shares most of its core specs with the Pro version, including the same Dimensity 9500 chipset, software, and connectivity features. However, it gets a smaller 6.31-inch AMOLED display and a 5,360mAh battery.

Its camera setup comprises a 200MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope lens, mirroring the Pro’s imaging prowess.

Compact and lightweight, the Vivo X300 measures 150.57×71.92×7.95mm and weighs 190g, compared to the X300 Pro’s 226g.
