Vivo’s other 16GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB models are priced at CNY 5,599 (roughly Rs. 64,600) and CNY 6,199 (roughly Rs. 71,500), respectively.

Both the Vivo X100s and Vivo X100s Pro have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels. The refresh rate of the display is up to 120 Hz. The screen has a built-in fingerprint sensor.
As mentioned above, both are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Both smartphones run Android 14 based on OriginOS 4. The Vivo X100s has a 5100 mAh battery while the Pro variant has a 5400 mAh battery. Both support 100W fast wired charging.
As for the front camera, both the Vivo X100s and X100s Pro come with a 32 MP selfie camera. The Vivo X100s packs a 50MP primary camera paired with a 64MP telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
The Vivo X100s Pro has a 50MP Zeiss APO telephoto lens. The rest of the device’s sensors are similar to those found on the Vivo X100s.
