UDAIPUR, January 30 (Udaipur Kiran): Around 25 Chartered Accountants from the ICAI Udaipur (CIRC) branch actively participated in the World Forum of Accountants (WOFA) 2.0 held in Greater Noida.
ICAI Udaipur Branch Chairman CA Rahul Maheshwari said the prestigious international conference was organised in the Central India Regional Council (CIRC) region for the first time, marking a historic milestone for the region. He said global platforms like WOFA 2.0 help strengthen the international identity of the Chartered Accountancy profession and connect members with global developments. Such conferences play an important role in keeping members updated with the changing economic, technological, and regulatory environment.
Branch Vice-Chairman CA Chirag Dharamawat informed that the three-day international conference is being held on January 30, 31, and February 1, featuring more than 50 technical and professional sessions. These sessions cover contemporary and future-oriented topics such as taxation, audit, finance, technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, leadership, and professional development, with renowned speakers from India and abroad sharing their views.
