Trident trades higher on the bourses

Trident is currently trading at Rs. 62.00, up by 0.20 points or 0.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 61.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 61.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 62.25 and Rs. 61.50 respectively. So far 3343 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 75.60 on 15-Jan-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 52.20 on 20-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 64.00 and Rs. 61.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3149.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.96% and 26.26% respectively.

Trident has redeemed Commercial Paper of worth Rs 50 crore on maturity due date i.e. June 28, 2019. The said Commercial Paper was issued by the company on May 29, 2019.

Trident is one of the largest exporters of Home Textile products from India. The company exports to more than 100 countries across 6 continents.
