Mumbai, March 10 (Udaipur Kiran): Torrent Power is currently trading at Rs. 1457.00, up by 29.05 points or 2.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 1427.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1435.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1463.25 and Rs. 1435.85 respectively. So far 5157 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1640.00 on 16-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1188.00 on 06-Oct-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1521.90 and Rs. 1392.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 73471.66 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.40% and 9.51% respectively.
Torrent Power has raised Rs 2,000 crore through issuance and allotment of Series 14 – 2,00,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at a coupon rate of 7.97% p.a. on private placement basis.
