New Delhi : The Supreme Court today granted an urgent hearing to the chief justice on a motion to remove the election commissioners from the recruitment committee.
Justice Sanjeev Khanna and advocate Prashant Bhushan, who appeared for the Alliance for Democratic Reforms petition, said they had received the chief justice’s notice and the case would be listed on Friday.
