Subex Rises After Securing Fraud Management Upgrade Deal with Middle East Operator

Bengaluru, October 15 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Subex Ltd edged higher after the company announced an upgrade engagement with a leading communications service provider in the Middle East. The stock was trading at Rs. 14.22, up by 0.11 points or 0.78% from its previous close of Rs. 14.11 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 14.34 and recorded a high of Rs. 14.58 and a low of Rs. 14.08 during the session. Around 1,55,912 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE Group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 5, has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 27.70 (08-Nov-2024) and a 52-week low of Rs. 10.57 (07-Apr-2025).

During the past week, the stock traded between Rs. 14.58 and Rs. 11.91. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 799.17 crore. Institutional investors hold 0.79% of the shares, while non-institutional investors hold 99.21%.

Subex has entered into a strategic upgrade engagement with a marquee telecom operator in the Middle East to enhance its Fraud Management (FM) capabilities. The operator, which manages a nationwide 5G/4G/fibre network, acts as a key digital hub connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa through global partnerships and subsea infrastructure.

The engagement will begin with a comprehensive risk assessment by the Subex Consulting team to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement. This will be followed by the upgrade of the operator’s Fraud Management System to the HyperSense Fraud Management System, designed to provide enhanced flexibility, analytics-driven prevention, and faster investigation capabilities.
