Sony India has announced a special summer promotion offering significant discounts on select PlayStation 5 console models (CFI -1208A01R). This promotion is valid from 10th April to 30th April 2024 or upto Rs 13,000 off on the PS5 Standard Disc Edition bundle from the original price of Rs 54,990.
The offer is valid only for the standard disc version that supports physical Blu-ray discs, while the digital version will retain the normal price of Rs 44,990.
For a limited time, customers can purchase the PS5 Disc Edition at participating retailers and online platforms including Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Blinkit, ShopatSC, Reliance, Croma, Vijay Sales and select retail stores.
Sony has partnered with Blinkit to offer express delivery of the standard disc version within 10 minutes in select cities.
Unveiled in November 2020, the PlayStation 5 comes with features like ray tracing, 4K resolution, a dedicated SSD, and a DualSense controller that provides haptic feedback and adaptive stimuli.
Please note that the recently released PlayStation 5 Slim (CFI-2000 Model Group – Slim), a significantly smaller version of the original PS5, is not included in this promotion.
The newly announced PlayStation 5 Slim console is priced at Rs 44,990 for the digital version and Rs 54,990 for the disc version. The console is available in offline and online stores.
