New Delhi, February 25: A shocking incident has unfolded in the Samaypur Badli area of the national capital, where four members of a family, including a woman and her three children, were found murdered. The Delhi Police have confirmed the incident.
According to the police, the family was discovered dead in their home on Wednesday morning. Initial investigations suggest that the husband, who works as a distributor in Azadpur Mandi, is suspected of committing the murders. He has been missing since the incident.
The bodies of the deceased have been taken into custody by the police and sent for post-mortem examination. Further investigations are underway, although the motive behind the killings has not yet been revealed.
In a separate incident earlier on Tuesday, panic erupted in East Delhi when a man’s body was found inside a Honda City car parked in the basement of Star City Mall. The incident occurred in the Mayur Vihar area around 8 AM, when mall employees noticed a car that had been parked overnight. The windows were closed, and there was no sign of movement inside.
Upon opening the car door out of suspicion, they found a man unconscious inside. A closer inspection revealed that he was deceased. The police were immediately notified, and a team from Mayur Vihar police station arrived at the scene to take the body for post-mortem.
According to the police, initial investigations did not reveal any signs of struggle inside the car. It is suspected that the case may involve suicide or death due to asphyxiation in the closed vehicle. However, the possibility of homicide has not been ruled out. The police stated that the true cause of death will be determined once the post-mortem report is available.
