In a major crackdown on illegal activities, Udaipur police busted a high-profile sex racket operating out of a luxury villa in the city’s Vaidehi Vihar locality near Talab. In a well-executed sting operation, 11 women and the main pimp, identified as Om Prakash Jain, were arrested.

Pimp Operated Across Major Indian Cities
According to Deputy SP Suryaveer Singh, the accused Om Prakash Jain had been running an interstate prostitution racket, bringing women from major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Agra. Notably, two previous cases of illegal prostitution were already registered against Jain.
Undercover Police Officer Posed as Customer
The operation was carried out by the Goverdhan Vilas Police, who sent an undercover officer posing as a customer into the villa. Once inside, Jain introduced the officer to several women and finalized a deal after the “customer” selected one. The pimp then escorted both into a room, at which point the undercover officer alerted the waiting police team.
Soon after, DSP Suryaveer Singh, along with SHO Dileep Singh Jhala, ASI Trilok Nath, and other team members, raided the villa.
Women Found in Multiple Rooms; Evidence Seized
During the raid, Jain was found seated on a sofa, while 11 women were discovered in separate rooms. Police also recovered incriminating material from the premises. Upon interrogation, the women confirmed that Jain had called them to Udaipur for the purpose of sex work.
All individuals involved were taken into custody, and a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
Police Action Led by Goverdhan Vilas Station Team
The operation was led under the supervision of DSP Suryaveer Singh Rathore, and executed by SHO Dileep Singh Jhala, along with ASI Trilok Nath, Karan Singh, Manohar Singh, and Head Constable Banwari Lal.
