Samsung recently changed the release date of its Galaxy F55 smartphone. The company has confirmed that it will launch the Samsung Galaxy F55 smartphone in India on May 27. The company claims that the Samsung Galaxy F55 is the thinnest smartphone in its price segment and comes with a genuine leather panel.
Samsung Galaxy F55 5G: design details confirmed
Samsung recently shared a video of the Galaxy F55 on X (formerly known as Twitter). X’s post included a short video of the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G. The video shows that the back of the upcoming smartphone will be covered in genuine leather with a saddle stitch pattern.
According to the Flipkart microsite, the Galaxy F55 2024 will be a thin and light smartphone with a genuine leather finish.
The smartphone will be available in two colors: Apricot Crush and Raisin Black. In addition, the Galaxy F55 also has a triple rear camera in a straight line.

Samsung Galaxy F55 5G: what to expect
GizmoChina reports that the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with Full HD+ resolution.
The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
For photography, the Galaxy 55 5G has a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The front camera is said to be a 50 MP sensor for selfies.
The device is reported to have a 5,000mAh battery, support 25W fast wired charging, and will run Samsung One UI 6.0 based on Android 14.
