Mumbai, February 11, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): The importance of early education for children’s overall development was strongly highlighted at the Reliance Foundation’s Building Flourishing Futures conference. Speaking at the event, Reliance Foundation Director Isha Ambani said education becomes truly effective only when it understands and supports the emotional and social needs of children.

Isha Ambani said learning becomes meaningful and enjoyable when education is aligned with a child’s emotional, social, and intellectual stage. She noted that children progress best when they feel safe, cared for, and respected. She added that Reliance Foundation is focused on building an inclusive education system where every child can move forward with their full potential.
The two-day conference brought together more than 250 education experts from India and across the world. Participants shared their views on innovation in early and primary education, play-based learning, foundational literacy, and the role of artificial intelligence in education.
On the occasion, a publication titled ‘Pedagogies of Play’ was also released, presenting new and effective approaches to make learning more engaging for children.
