RAKSHA RAJYA MANTRI VISITS KOTA & JAIPUR MILITARY STATION

Jaipur : Raksha Rajya Mantri, Government of India Sh Ajay Bhatt, was on a two days visit to Rajasthan on 12 & 13 September 22. Raksha Rajya Mantri attended the National Defence MSME Conclave & Exhibition at Dussehra Maidan, Kota and also visited the Military Stations at Kota and Jaipur.

At Kota, the RRM was received by GOC Gandiv Division, Major General AVS Rathee and was conducted at the National Defence MSME Conclave & Exhibition at Dussehra Maidan where important Army equipment was also displayed. Raksha Rajya Mantri called upon the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to invest more in research & development and manufacture new products & technologies and thereby contribute to the security and progress of the country. Post the conclave, RRM visited Kota Military Station and interacted with troops where he expressed immense feeling of pride. He exhorted all ranks to continue with the same zeal and enthusiasm.

Raksha Rajya Mantri reached Jaipur on 12 September where he was received by the General Officer Commanding in Chief Sapta Shakti Command, Lieutenant General AS Bhinder at Jaipur Military Station and briefed on the important issues at Headquarters Sapta Shakti Command. Thereafter, RRM interacted with the troops and appreciated the operational preparedness of Sapta Shakti Command and the role it played in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief during the recent floods in Rajasthan saving precious human lives and material. He complimented all ranks for an extraordinary and sustained superiority in all battles and reposed his belief and faith in the Indian Army’s ability to face contemporary and future challenges. He exhorted all ranks to keep up their good work.

On 13th September RRM laid wreath at the Prerna Sthal Jaipur Military Station and paid respect to the bravehearts who have made supreme sacrifice for the nation.
