Bhubaneswar, May 18: Preparations are underway in Bhubaneswar for the grand welcome of BJP National President Nitin Naveen. His visit comes just before the Panchayat elections and is expected to energize party workers. BJP leader Sudipta Ray shared his thoughts on the upcoming visit.
Sudipta Ray stated that there is excitement across Odisha due to Nitin Naveen’s visit, noting that he is the youngest president of the BJP. He will seek blessings from Lord Jagannath. Ray mentioned that the program is being conducted in a simple manner due to Prime Minister Modi’s appeal. The party welcomed Naveen yesterday, and today a core team meeting will be held at the party office.
He emphasized that this visit highlights the importance the national president places on the organization. It is expected to significantly benefit the party in the upcoming Panchayat elections, with a complete focus on workers, booths, Panchayats, and Mandals. Ray assured that the organization in Odisha will be strengthened.
BJP leader Pratap Sarangi expressed that party workers are enthusiastic about Nitin Naveen’s first visit to Odisha, which will promote coordination at the grassroots level. He mentioned that the BJP president will inspire the workers during the meeting, and they hope that this motivation will lead to dedicated service to the people.
Notably, on May 17, Nitin Naveen posted on ‘X’, stating, “From today, I will be residing in the holy land of Mahaprabhu Jagannath. Over the next two days, I will participate in the ‘District Training Class’ in Bhubaneswar and hold organizational meetings with our dedicated party workers. I am looking forward to it.”
The aim of his visit is to strengthen the party’s organizational structure and energize grassroots workers across the state. Party leaders believe this visit will provide new momentum to BJP’s organizational activities in Odisha and further strengthen coordination between party leadership and grassroots workers ahead of upcoming political and developmental initiatives.
