Udaipur, March 23 (Udaipur Kiran): The 10th annual function ‘Nanhe Sitare’ of Narayan Children Academy, operated at Seva Mahatirth of Narayan Seva Sansthan, was celebrated with उत्साह and colourful cultural performances on Saturday.

The programme began with Saraswati Vandana followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by founder-chairman Kailash ‘Manav’, president Prashant Agarwal, Badgaon Sarpanch Sanjay Sharma and Surendra Saluja.
Students showcased their talent through a variety of performances, including the dance drama ‘Mr. India’, Gujarati dance ‘Ramti Aavje Maa’, Rajasthani folk and Bhavai dances, Punjabi Bhangra and a puppet show, drawing applause from the audience.
Delivering his blessings, Kailash ‘Manav’ said that children of today are the future of tomorrow’s India, and emphasised that parents should provide a nurturing environment for the proper development of their talent.
Welcoming the guests, president Prashant Agarwal informed that the academy is providing free English medium education from LKG to Class 8 to more than 800 children from labour and economically weaker sections. He added that digital boards are available in every classroom and students have excelled in various competitions.
Principal Archana Govalkar, while presenting the annual report, said that education becomes meaningful only when it supports the overall development of students by understanding their mental level and needs. She noted that the academy is continuously working in this direction.
During the programme, Class 7 student Jayvardhan Devda highlighted the co-curricular activities and achievements of the academy. The event was compered by Divyanshi Devda and Ravina Dangi, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Meghna Dangi.
