Kyiv, March 11 : Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov has said that Russian forces have killed more civilians than soldiers since the invasion began on February 24. “I want this to be heard not only in Kyiv but all over the world,” BBC quoted Reznikov as saying on Friday. The Minister’s comments come as Russian forces appeared to be widening their assault on Ukraine, launching attacks on cities on opposite sides of the country. VP MR
