Medico Intercontinental rises on acquiring stake in Azillian Healthcare

Medico Intercontinental is currently trading at Rs. 109.30, up by 1.35 points or 1.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 103.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 109.30 and Rs. 103.00 respectively. So far 2503 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘X’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 132.10 on 22-Mar-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.70 on 09-May-2018.

Medico Intercontinental has purchased all the shares of the company under the name and style of Azillian Healthcare. The main objective of the said acquisition is due to company’s interest in the Pharmaceutical and Allied sector in line with the proposed objects of the company.
