M&B Engineering Jumps 3% on Winning $24.14 Million Export Order from USA

Mumbai, October 17 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of M&B Engineering surged over 3% on Friday after the company announced securing a major export order worth $24.14 million (approximately ₹212 crore plus taxes) from a customer in the United States.

At 11:15 AM, the stock was trading at ₹443.30, up by ₹13.15 or 3.06%, compared to its previous close of ₹430.15 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹431.95 and touched a high of ₹447.00 and a low of ₹430.15, with about 34,615 shares traded so far.

The BSE ‘B’ group stock, with a face value of ₹10, hit its 52-week high of ₹494.00 on August 22, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹364.00 on October 9, 2025. During the past week, it traded between ₹447.00 and ₹366.75. The company’s market capitalization currently stands at ₹2,523.38 crore.

Promoters hold a strong 70.45% stake in the company, while institutional investors own 21.19% and non-institutional investors hold 8.36%.

According to the company, the newly bagged order involves the manufacturing and supply of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel to a US-based customer. The project will be executed within 39 weeks and has been secured through M&B Engineering’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Phenix Construction Technologies Inc., USA.
