Mumbai, 21 November (Udaipur Kiran): Maruti Suzuki India Limited has strengthened its nationwide service support by inaugurating its 1,500th Parts and Accessories distributor touchpoint in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The new facility was inaugurated by company officials S. D. Chhabra, Executive Officer, and Kohsuke Hattori, Executive Vice President – Parts, Accessories and Logistics.

The company said the expansion aims to ensure convenient access to genuine, company-certified parts and accessories for customers across the country. With this milestone, Maruti Suzuki’s distribution network now spans 760 cities, supporting both sales and service operations.
Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said that customers value peace of mind when they can easily find reliable spare parts near them. He added that genuine parts play a key role in maintaining performance, safety and vehicle life, which continues to drive customer trust in the brand.
The distributor touchpoints mainly support independent workshops and mechanics, helping reduce vehicle downtime through timely availability of genuine parts. This improved access is expected to enhance overall ownership experience, while also supporting better performance and longevity of vehicles.
Maruti Suzuki’s Genuine Parts and Accessories network includes warehouses and retail outlets strategically positioned to serve customers efficiently across the full vehicle range.
