LIC Housing Finance gains on aiming to disburse Rs 55,000 crore worth loans in FY20

LIC Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 421.00, up by 5.35 points or 1.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 415.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 419.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 423.05 and Rs. 411.20 respectively. So far 71304 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 586.80 on 05-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 354.00 on 15-Oct-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 444.70 and Rs. 411.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21276.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.31%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 47.46% and 12.22% respectively.

LIC Housing Finance is targeting disbursement of Rs 55,000 crore worth loans during the current financial year. The company disbursed Rs 48,000 crore worth loans during the last financial year.

LIC Housing Finance is one of the largest Housing Finance Company in India. The main objective of the company is providing long term finance to individuals for purchase or construction of house or flat for residential purpose / repair and renovation of existing flat / houses.
