Lenovo Legion Tab was announced on Wednesday, March 13th. The tablet will soon be available in several markets worldwide. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and has a high-capacity battery that is said to provide users with long battery life. The tablet is touted as an “Android gaming tablet” and aims to “bridge the gap between PC and mobile gaming” by making it “more accessible and convenient.” The tablet is available in single color options and RAM and storage configuration.
Lenovo Legion Tab Price, Availability
The Lenovo Legion Tab in Storm Gray costs 599 euros and is the only 12GB + 256GB option. The tablet has been confirmed to be available for purchase in several markets across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region starting this month. It has been confirmed that it will also be available in some Asian markets, but details and release timing have not been announced.
Lenovo Legion Tab specifications and features
The Lenovo Legion Tab features an 8.8-inch QHD+ (3200 x 1800 pixels) display with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, as well as Lenovo’s PureSight gaming display technology for sharper images and an integrated touch system. Together they create an immersive viewing experience.
The Lenovo Legion Tab is powered by Qualcomm’s 1st Gen Snapdragon 8+ chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via an external microSD card . According to Lenovo’s product specifications reference list, this model has a user interface based on Android 13 or later.
As for optics, the Lenovo Legion Tab’s dual rear camera unit features a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera is equipped with an 8 million pixel sensor. It is powered by a 6550mAh battery and supports 3.03-45W wired fast charging technology.
The Lenovo Legion Tab comes with three cooling modes: Beast Mode, Balanced Mode and Energy Saving Mode. The tablet also features the Legion ColdFront Vapor thermal solution, which is designed to keep the device cool during intensive gaming sessions. It supports USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E connectivity and has a built-in DisplayPort 1.4 that allows users to connect an external display to the device. The weight of the device is 350 grams and its thickness is 76 mm.
