Jaipur, February 11, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): Acting on the directions of the ACB headquarters, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Karauli unit, on Tuesday caught Ram Kuwar, Lab Technician (placement staff) posted at the Blood Storage Unit of the Government Women’s Hospital, Bharatpur, red-handed while accepting a ₹25,000 bribe.

According to the ACB, the accused called the complainant to the Government Women’s Hospital, Bharatpur, and accepted the bribe amount, following which he was arrested on the spot with the cash recovered.
ACB officials said a complaint was received alleging that the accused had demanded ₹30,000 from the complainant in exchange for providing a contract-based appointment as a Trolley Puller Ward Boy at the Government Women’s Hospital, Bharatpur. After verification of the demand, a trap was planned.
Under the supervision of Dr Rameshwar Singh, Deputy Inspector General of Police, the trap operation was carried out by Jagdish Bhardwaj, Police Inspector, ACB Karauli, leading to the arrest of the accused while accepting ₹25,000.
Further questioning and legal action are underway under the supervision of Rajesh Singh, Inspector General of Police, ACB. A case has been registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act, and further investigation is in progress.
